So Jade 'Gobby' - sorry, Goode has finally died.
I'm sorry to say this as I wouldn't normally gloat about a death but - Good.
She was a nasty, racist person who shot to fame because of her bad mouth on a dreadful TV 'reality show' that I'm sure everybody reading this knows but I wont give them the publicity.
Of course it is good that more girls are aware of Cervical Cancer but surely they didn't did a gobby racist to persuade them? Don't they read the posters about that subject in nearly every Doctor's surgery? Or maybe they can't read. That would be more likely for a 'fan' of hers.
I also cannot believe that it has been the lead news story on all of the major news channels and even the Prime Minister commented on the story! Hasn't he got more important things to consider - like the state of the nation's banking!
May I be cynical and suggest that, as part of her publicity train, it is entirely possible that she died on Saturday but the news was held over to have more of an impact by her dying on Mothering Sunday. No. I must be wrong there. They couldn't be that callous.. Could they?
Then, to cap it off, her mother (although she doesn't share the same surname - don't know how that works but I don't really care) she asks for privacy!
Didn't seem to want that over the past few weeks while they had publicist Max Clifford on the case (how he sleeps at night, I have no idea - he leeches off of other people's misfortunes and somehow manages to justify it)
The next bit will be her funeral and then, hopefully, we can all forget about her and her family - oh yes, her husband (of about 3 weeks - now I wonder what first attracted him to this rich racist..) might not be able to get there as he may be in Prison following an assault!
What a wonderful example of a cohesive family for our youth to aspire to...
