While lying in the bath, preparing to go out to celebrate my birthday, I made the decision I had been putting off for ages - to sell the flat.
As already reported on these pages, I had previously contacted a couple of Estate Agents who had visited and given me an idea of what I could expect to get for the place and this evening I called one of them back and say 'go for it'.
Shogun Realty in Pratt street, Camden town got the job and I left for my birthday celebrations feeling quite pleased that I had finally made the decision.
All I had to do now was find somewhere to live.. oh, and a buyer!
