Spiggie beach with dog

Today sees another 'digital date'.

For those of you sad enough to be keeping track of the rubbish I write here, I first mentioned this on the 1st of January when the date was 01-01-10 - or 26 in Octal.

I also said there were a few more this year. We had one a few (well 10!) days ago on 01-10-10 and today, I think, sees the last of them 10-10-10 (52 in Octal, 2A in Hex or is that just tooo sad?)

So, ignoring all the do-gooders trying to hijack the date in the name of reducing carbon footprints (or something daft like that) or those poor souls that are getting married today as they think it will bring them luck (if they're relying on a specific date to enjoy their future life or to remember their anniversary (yes, that is what some of them have said), I really would be thinking again!).

Rather than any of that, just enjoy the fact it brings a little light entertainment into millions of nerds around the world.
