I'm not one for watching much TV but I watched one episode of this series when I was in Chelmsford earlier this year and it looked quite good, although I was told I should try to watch it from the start as it was quite complicated (well, as complicated as an American programme could be - don't want to confuse their population, do they?)
I found copies of the earlier series 1 & 2 and watched them all in about 3-4 weeks so I am almost up to date now so I can start to watch it on TV but I am amazed at some of the 'hidden' gems throughout it.
One that made me laugh today was when 'Ando', one of the Japanese characters in the show was asked by his friend, Hiro, 'Do you recognise them?' as he pointed to a drawing of the future. Ando's reply was brilliant:
"They all look the same to me"
Classic. Hilarious. Just what the ignorant Europeans said (probably still do!) about the Japanese (& Chinese).
