Well, both myself & my solicitor agree that we have been more than helpful with the potential buyer's solicitor and that they are being unreasonable & pedantic. A view shared by Camden's own solicitors!
They are still complaining about one of the drawings concerning the lift shaft (although I cannot see what they are talking about - in my copy of the documents it looks perfectly clear!)
We have decided that, at my meeting with the Estate agent this afternoon, we should advise them that either they move things on rapidly or we consider rejecting their offer and consider our other options.
Which are:
Find another buyer OR
Keep the place & 'let' it myself;
