After two years of holding one of the posts of Director for the TT Marshals' Association, I have decided not to stand for re-election this year (all Directors are required to stand down after 2 years).
It has been a very busy two years and a lot of new initiatives have ben introduced, some of which have been welcomed and some not so much but most of them were for the benefit of the Association. There is a long way to go and there are still plenty of ideas floating around.
Sadly, over the past year it does seem to have lost its way somewhat and, in my opinion, has only been held in place by the actions of a fraction of the board but I have decided enough is enough for now.
Oh well, now I have to find something else to occupy my time - I'm sure it wont be long...
